RIP ChatGPT?

Anthropic just launched Claude 2 — ChatGPT's biggest competitor, and its really, REALLY powerful (and free).

🤖 Here's why you should use Claude 2 instead of ChatGPT (for free):

🔑 Key Features:

Analyze up to 75,000 words: Claude 2 can easily analyze 100k tokens, or around 75'000 words. For comparison, the best GPT-4 model is limited to 32k tokens.

Manage multiple documents: You can upload multiple documents and ask questions about them. It's even possible to ask about common points, changes, etc.

Better at coding: In the HumanEval coding test, GPT-4 scored 67%, compared with 71.2% for Claude 2. So it's preferable to use Claude 2 rather than ChatGPT for coding.

API is 4x to 5x cheaper: GPT-4 API (32k context) costs $60 /million and $120 for completion. The Claude 2 API (100k context) costs $11 /million and $32 for completion.

• Ameca showcased its drawing capabilities by skillfully sketching a cat on a canvas and even signing the artwork.

• For interactions, Ameca utilizes both GPT-3 and human telepresence, featuring motorized articulation in its arms, fingers, and neck.

• This development signifies the increasing resemblance of AI and robots to humans, highlighting their growing human-like capabilities.

While Ameca's drawing may not reach the level of a Da Vinci masterpiece, it boosts the progress made in the field of AI and robotics.

❌ Elon Musk launches X.AI to Outcompete Everyone

In an explosive Twitter announcement,Musk recently made a big announcement on Twitter: he has founded a new startup called X.AI.

The company has assembled a team of top talent from OpenAI, Google, Meta, and more. They will have special access to Twitter and Tesla's training data and algorithms.

The latest development from Shopify was announced by CEO Tobi Lutke in a Twitter video. While an official release date has not been disclosed yet, Shopify has emphasized that the new AI integration is intended to greatly enhance the accessibility of entrepreneurship.
